Have any of you tried Forager yogurt yet? I just stumbled upon it the other day at the grocery store and decided to try it as it fits the specific autoimmune protocol I am currently testing. Guys - this yogurt is delicious! It fits the autoimmune protocol diet perfectly and, you know what, I bet it would work for most people who follow the low FODMAP diet. FODMAPers, test this yogurt if you wish!
I found this yogurt at Earthfare but their website says it's available at Whole Foods, too!
